Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (É«»¨ÌÃPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all É«»¨Ìà departments. The purpose of the É«»¨ÌÃPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the É«»¨Ìà postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of É«»¨ÌÃ

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the É«»¨Ìà community

To provide liaison between É«»¨Ìà postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The É«»¨ÌÃPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the É«»¨ÌÃPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
